Wymagania
- Minimum 6 years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related roles with responsibility for software delivery.
- Strong experience in owning and prioritizing software product backlogs.
- Experience with platform, backend, or system-focused products in e-commerce, marketplace, SaaS, or transaction-oriented environments.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce and marketplace models including catalog, pricing, inventory, order management, fulfillment, and partner ecosystems.
- Ability to translate business and user needs into technical requirements and workflows.
- Strong systems-thinking skills to handle complex workflows, APIs, integrations, and dependencies.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, architecture, QA, UX/UI, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile software development practices.
- Experience with third-party integrations and API-based systems.
- Ability to develop scalable platform solutions.
- Strong product judgment balancing customer value with technical and operational considerations.
- Experience using data to prioritize work and evaluate outcomes.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and cloud-based application architectures.
- Decision-making skills and ability to manage ambiguity and trade-offs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Fluent English written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently in a distributed international team.

Obowiązki
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the Marketplace product backlog considering customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with product leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define business objectives.
- Lead discovery and requirements definition for capabilities like catalog, pricing, inventory, order management, fulfillment, and partner integrations.
- Translate business and operational needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
- Ensure backlog readiness for sprint planning and support continuous software delivery.
- Serve as a product partner to engineering and architecture teams for decisions and clarifications.
- Develop understanding of Marketplace functionality, APIs, system interactions, and technical dependencies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI and research teams to incorporate user insights and business needs.
- Define requirements for vendor and external system integrations including APIs and data exchanges.
- Identify edge cases, dependencies, and downstream impacts.
- Evaluate functionality requests against value, priorities, complexity, and scalability.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, development, testing, and product release.
- Partner with QA to ensure testable and well-understood requirements.
- Review delivered functionality to validate it meets requirements and business outcomes.
- Use product data and operational metrics to evaluate outcomes and drive improvements.
- Communicate product priorities, decisions, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Maintain clear documentation to support delivery and long-term knowledge.

This role is a remote B2B / independent contractor engagement requiring legal contracting through an appropriate individual or business entity in the candidate's country. Candidates must be able to receive payment from a U.S.-based company and work with reasonable overlap across multiple time zones, including participation in US-based meetings.
