• Minimum 7 years' experience managing complex IT projects and programs at the business-technology interface, including at least 5 years leading transformation or strategic programs with budgets of 20+ million PLN
• Experience with AI/GenAI projects, data platforms, digital transformation, and cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience managing projects in large, matrix organizations (1000+ employees) with parallel work streams
• Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, AI agents, or Machine Learning
• Ability to manage process and operating model transformations and lead Change Management and adoption activities
• Knowledge and application of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Ability to define KPIs, measure adoption, and assess and monitor business value of AI initiatives
• Experience building AI transformation roadmaps and enterprise AI transformation
• Stakeholder management experience with executives, business, and technology leadership

Nice to have:

• Experience in the financial, insurance, or banking sectors
• Experience with AI Governance, Data Governance, AI Platforms, and Enterprise Architecture
• Knowledge of modern AI architecture, including Microsoft Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and AI-supporting data platforms
• Certifications such as Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, AI Governance, AI Act Practitioner, TOGAF
• Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot or other Enterprise AI solutions
• Familiarity with FinOps for cloud and AI environments

• Operational management of the strategic AI Transformation Program, coordinating multiple parallel business, technology, and organizational streams
• Managing the AI initiative portfolio including prioritization, scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, and risks
• Developing and executing the Enterprise AI Transformation roadmap, monitoring key milestones, KPIs, business benefits, and adoption levels
• Integrating key AI transformation areas ensuring collaboration across business, IT, Data, AI Platform, AI Governance, Cybersecurity, FinOps, and Change Management
• Managing stakeholders and program governance including cooperation with management board, steering committee, sponsors, and business and technical leaders; preparing recommendations and management materials
• Overseeing risk, compliance, and AI operating model ensuring regulatory compliance, information security, data protection, Responsible AI, and building the target AI management and maintenance model
• Maximizing business value by identifying and evaluating new AI initiatives, monitoring cost efficiency, and recommending optimization actions towards building an AI-ready organization
