• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Model-driven Apps.
• Knowledge of Dataverse and core Power Platform mechanisms.
• Experience configuring and customizing Power Platform solutions to user or organizational needs.
• Logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability or strong motivation to understand user needs and translate them into system functionalities.
• Willingness to deepen business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process modeling, backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Readiness to collaborate directly with clients and gradually take responsibility for functional solution areas.
• Knowledge of agile project methodologies is an advantage.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level in speaking and writing.

• Designing, configuring, and developing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform with emphasis on Model-driven Apps and Dataverse.
• Analyzing client needs and translating them into functional solutions within Power Platform.
• Gathering, organizing, and documenting business requirements and enhancing business analysis skills.
• Collaborating with clients and project teams in defining scope, backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Modeling business processes and mapping them to Power Platform functionalities or dedicated solutions.
• Creating prototypes, proof of concepts, and deploying solutions in test and production environments.
• Working with an agile project team including analysts, developers, and business solution owners.
• Verifying delivered solutions, identifying problems, and ensuring quality.
• Supporting clients in adapting new solutions and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation including functional specifications, user instructions, and process descriptions.
• Continuously developing knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform and business analysis.
