Software Engineering Manager - Build Technology That Saves Lives

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Automation, Telecommunications, or related technical engineering disciplines.
• Experience leading software engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle process.
• Daily proficiency with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, and Gemini applied to engineering problems.
• Ability to identify roadblocks and drive prompt resolution.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical risks to senior stakeholders.
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 or above.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with land mobile radio, P25/ASTRO, VoIP, or real-time audio technologies.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks, particularly using Python or similar.
• Experience applying AI to test generation, log analysis, or failure triage.

• Drive AI transformation to improve the engineering workflow across the software development lifecycle, accelerating delivery and streamlining phases from requirements gathering to post-release resolution.
• Build and grow the engineering team, coaching engineers, setting clear expectations, and providing direct feedback.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to leadership across product, engineering, and go-to-market functions.
• Develop deep domain expertise in public safety voice technologies and understand customer operations.
