The SimCorp Advanced Delivery Center (ADC) was established in Warsaw in 2016 to serve clients across EMEA, APAC, and NA. The ADC focuses on business functionality and solution workflows, ensuring customized implementation and deployment of SimCorp Dimension products.
Wymagania
- Degree or master's in Finance, Economics, Physics, Math, Science, or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Sector, preferably FinTech or IT Consulting
- High-level understanding of IT implementation project lifecycle and requirements gathering
- Experience with GAP analysis and solution design
- Client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of financial instruments, capital markets, and investment topics
- Understanding of middle-/back office processing workflows
- Detailed understanding of investment lifecycle topics: transaction processing, reconciliation, settlement, SWIFT
- Strong communication skills, especially in virtual collaboration
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Nordic languages is an asset
- Technical IT knowledge or experience in SQL, XML, XSLT, programming is an additional asset
Obowiązki
- Participate in all aspects of SimCorp Dimension implementations, including configuration, testing, documentation, and training
- Document client requirements and map them to SimCorp Dimension functions and processes, identifying improvements
- Design and deliver solutions that model operational workflows around SimCorp Dimension
- Customize standard configurations and design new configurations
- Assist clients in test strategy development, execution of test cases, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Provide configuration and end-user training
- Continuously expand knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and client business to optimize configurations and workflows
