Senior Cloud Solution Architect - Copilot

CE and S is responsible for consulting, customer success, and support across Microsoft's solutions and products. This role focuses on AI transformation leveraging Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot, working with customers in Poland including public sector and critical infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional fluency in Polish.
• Experience in customer-facing roles advising senior and executive stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-workload architectures and mentoring architects or engineers.
• Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, Microsoft Graph connectors, and Azure AI services.
• Polish citizenship and active or obtainable Polish personal security clearance required.

• Drive customer success by leading architectural design and engaging business and technical decision makers to ensure sustained use of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot.
• Leverage agentic AI expertise including Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building to define reusable reference architectures.
• Lead technical efforts across account teams, orchestrating specialists and resolving escalated technical issues, including work under national security clearance.
• Partner with technical and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
• Mentor and coach less experienced architects, lead readiness sessions, and contribute to intellectual property for accelerating AI transformation.
• Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights, feedback, and maintaining technical readiness aligned to Customer Success Unit priorities.

• Position requires Polish citizenship.
• Active or obtainable Polish personal security clearance is mandatory.
• Work location flexibility allows up to 50% remote work.
• Requires working 3 days per week in-office.
• Travel required less than 25%.
