Finance Analyst- Temporary Cover (12 months)

• Degree or master’s qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and IFRS
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide recommendations
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, working collaboratively across global teams
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Oracle ERP is advantageous

• Support monthly accounting and reporting processes for UK entities
• Review and reconcile intercompany transactions, royalties, dividends, accruals, prepayments, and foreign exchange movements
• Partner with finance teams and business stakeholders across international markets
• Collaborate with local and global reporting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Maintain compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
• Provide financial analysis and support for business decision-making
