QA Tester VR

Incuvo SA is a company working in the video game industry, focusing on Virtual Reality game development.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in QA
• Ability to spend extended periods of time in VR without significant discomfort or motion sickness
• Independence and ability to organize own work
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure and meet deadlines
• Being an active gamer
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving approach
• Good understanding of the video game development process
• Basic knowledge of hardware (including Virtual Reality headsets) and software
• Good working knowledge of the English language
• Experience with issue-tracking tools (preferably Jira)

Nice to have:

• Experience with VR
• Previous experience working in a game studio
• Experience with Unity and/or Unreal Engine

• Testing builds and games directly in the engine throughout every stage of the VR game development lifecycle
• Reporting bugs
• Executing test suites
• Suggesting improvements to the game
• Helping manage the project database
• Supporting other teams when required
