• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and supervising system architecture.
• Very good knowledge of Java and Spring.
• Ability to create scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed architectures.
• Very good knowledge of architectural patterns and integration practices.
• Experience with cloud and infrastructure automation.
• Ability to conduct code reviews, mentoring, and architectural workshops.
• Co-creating technology roadmaps and risk assessment.
• Experience in end-to-end observability.
• Practical knowledge of API governance.
• Practical knowledge of DDD.
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agentic SDLC.
• Experience in Multi-cloud strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of DDD.
• Awareness of cloud costs.
• Participation in defining technological standards in an organization.

• Designing IT system architecture based on business and technical requirements.
• Creating and maintaining architectural documentation and design standards.
• Analyzing existing solutions and recommending development directions.
• Defining system integrations and selecting appropriate technologies and architectural patterns.
• Collaborating with project teams, developers, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Supervising compliance of implemented solutions with the adopted architecture.
• Identifying technological risks and proposing mitigation methods.
• Participating in technology, tool, and vendor evaluation and selection processes.
• Supporting teams in solving complex technical problems.
• Ensuring scalability, performance, reliability, and security of systems.
