Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 3 years of higher education
- Minimum 12 years of professional IT experience
- At least 4 years of experience in EU Cohesion Policy and Structural Funds, including 2 or more of ERDF, ESF+, Cohesion Fund, Just Transition Fund
- Minimum 8 years of experience in testing information systems
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Java, Jira, SQL, Postman, SoapUI
- Minimum 7 years of experience with Selenium, Git, JavaScript
- At least 4 years of experience with Camunda
- Very good English proficiency (C1+)
- Good French proficiency (B1+)
- Excellent skills in preparing clear, organized, and comprehensive reports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Experience working in international and multicultural teams
- Willingness to participate in meetings conducted in multiple languages
- Ability to quickly learn new applications and environments
- Experience with test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr Scale considered an advantage
- Experience with defect tracking using Jira or Azure DevOps including severity, priority, and workflow states
- Experience with functional, regression, and UAT testing including evidence documentation and defect reproduction
- Knowledge of manual test design techniques: Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, State Transition Testing, Exploratory Testing
- Knowledge of defining and verifying acceptance criteria
- Experience preparing test data using SQL
- Experience reporting test results via dashboards and maintaining regression suites
- Experience delivering managerial/executive level presentations to justify quality recommendations
- ISTQB certification (CTFL, Agile Tester, or Mobile Application Tester) is a plus
Obowiązki
- Defining test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements
- Analyzing requirements to identify test conditions and preparing comprehensive test cases with clear acceptance criteria
- Performing systematic manual testing to confirm functionality compliance
- Collaborating with Developers and Business Analysts to reproduce, isolate, and resolve defects
- Creating test scenarios and scripts and executing tests
- Coordinating test campaigns including integration, security, load, and performance testing
- Defining, developing, managing, and reporting all aspects of test quality, including strategy, plans, and results
- Creating and maintaining Information Systems Quality Control procedures
- Developing and sustaining comprehensive Quality Assurance plans
- Participating in defining Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Conducting quality control activities including audits, process reviews, and metric analysis
- Analyzing defect metrics and quality trends to identify problem causes
- Recommending quality improvements and supporting process development with development teams
