• Several years of commercial experience as a Java Developer.
• Very good knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, and microservices.
• Ability to write clean code and design system architecture.
• Fluency in Polish and English for communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience with REST, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and MongoDB.

• Take full ownership of technological decisions based on business needs, project requirements, and standards.
• Collaborate in an experienced and autonomous team sharing knowledge and solving problems across projects.
• Develop new products, enhance mature platforms, and help clients organize existing solutions.
• Participate in organized refactoring processes aimed at reducing technical debt.
