Wymagania
- At least 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Familiarity with theory behind various machine learning concepts.
- Experience with Machine Learning, especially in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) focusing on NLP or multi-modal models.
- Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment.
- Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL and vector databases.
- Knowledge of DS/ML/CV/GenAI/NLP libraries such as NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs like OpenAI/Gemini.
- Expertise in Azure cloud resources and Databricks.

- Running end-to-end initiatives including business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
- Analyzing and interpreting findings.
- Drawing conclusions and recommendations, measuring ROI for business process enhancements.
