Product Manager

Code & Pepper supports clients in demanding industries by helping them scale teams and build advanced digital products. The team is developing a SaaS workforce management platform for the UK healthcare sector that optimizes scheduling and staff management in medical facilities.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager working on SaaS products in an Agile development environment
• Track record of defining and delivering strategic product roadmaps
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle
• Strong analytical skills for tracking and defining success metrics
• Ability to leverage AI tools in the product management lifecycle
• Hands-on collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Client Operations teams
• Proficiency in creating product documentation such as PRDs and one-pagers
• Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in fast-paced technology start-up or scale-up environments
• Domain knowledge in HealthTech or healthcare operations
• Familiarity with workforce management or enterprise scheduling software
• Degree or qualifications in Computer Science, Product Design, or related technical discipline
• Experience in B2B client meetings for product demonstration and requirements gathering

• Define, build, and deliver strategic product roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including discovery, backlog management, and user story creation
• Track product usage, define success metrics, and monitor business indicators such as CARR, retention, and adoption
• Leverage AI tools for workflow automation, prioritization, and delivery
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Client Operations teams, leading sprint refinement and discovery sessions
• Create clear product documentation, including Product Requirement Documents and one-pagers
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions
• Manage stakeholders to align cross-functional teams on product direction without formal authority
