Wymagania
- Minimum 7 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT projects
- Experience with large transformational projects
- Experience working on projects for public administration, military/defense, or international organizations
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation and analysis
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and conducting workshops
- Practical knowledge of BPMN, workflow systems, approval processes, and case management
- Experience in Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Data Discovery, and data migration projects
- Knowledge of requirements traceability
- Experience analyzing and documenting integration requirements
- Familiarity with REST API, OAuth/OIDC, SSO, and system integration
- Knowledge of User Stories, Backlog Management, Sprint Planning, and UAT
- English language proficiency at minimum C1 level
Obowiązki
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
- Conducting workshops with stakeholders to align requirements
- Analyzing and modeling business processes and workflows using BPMN
- Collaborating with development and technical teams in solution design
- Analyzing data sources and preparing data mappings
- Participating in Data Discovery and Data Migration projects
- Defining rules and requirements for data migration
- Ensuring requirements traceability throughout project stages
- Analyzing and documenting system and API integration requirements
- Creating User Stories, managing backlogs, and supporting Sprint Planning
- Participating in UAT and solution prototyping
- Modeling workflows, approval processes, and case management
- Working with multiple stakeholder groups in an international environment
