Full Stack Developer

FollowApp.Care is a pioneering health-tech company whose work reaches nearly 100 dental practices across Europe and Australia.

• Strong C#/.NET and Angular/TypeScript production experience
• Solid Azure experience including hands-on DevOps
• Knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and alerting
• Production experience with Cosmos DB or another NoSQL/document database
• Comfortable owning problems end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, and maintenance
• Around 4+ years of full-stack or backend-leaning experience with real ownership of an Azure estate

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Functions, and event/message-driven architecture (Service Bus)
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry and LLM integration with human-in-the-loop review
• Experience with Python and SQL

• Contribute to architecture decisions and build across the full stack
• Own infrastructure-as-code, deployment pipelines, and release process
• Monitor platform health, drive uptime and reliability, and lead incident response if necessary
• Own cloud cost optimisation across the Azure estate
• Participate in agile ceremonies and translate requirements into technical delivery
• Provide mentorship within the team as it grows
