Technical Product Manager (OOSD)

TPConnects (TPC) is a leading SaaS Travel Technology company headquartered in Dubai, UAE. Since its founding in 2014, TPC has been revolutionizing airline retailing and distribution, empowering airlines and travel agencies to offer seamless booking and servicing experiences with dynamic personalization capabilities. The company supports the industry's shift toward Modern Airline Retailing through solutions based on IATA's New Distribution Capability (NDC) and legacy-free Offers and Orders. TPC has over 200 team members across 14 countries and is expanding its Product & Engineering organization in Warsaw.

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), transaction processing platforms, fulfillment systems, e-commerce platforms, or other complex workflow-driven products.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data exchange technologies (REST, JSON, XML).
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile development environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing complex business processes involving orders, fulfillment, servicing, workflow orchestration, or transaction lifecycle management.

Nice to have:

• Experience with IATA standards (NDC, One Order, ARM) or similar industry-specific integration standards.
• Experience in airline, travel, transportation, retail, e-commerce, logistics, or other industries with complex order lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience working in SaaS product organizations.
• Knowledge of offer management, order orchestration, fulfillment, servicing, or transaction lifecycle processes.

• Support Product Managers in defining and refining product requirements for Order Management, Offer & Order, and distribution solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams to assess feasibility and define implementation approaches.
• Manage and maintain delivery-ready backlog items with Product Managers.
• Drive requirements refinement and support Agile ceremonies.
• Work with external partners and internal stakeholders on API, integration, and workflow requirements.
• Ensure product features meet functional and technical acceptance criteria.
• Support testing, validation, and rollout of new capabilities.
• Identify technical dependencies, risks, integration challenges, and process optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to successful delivery of roadmap initiatives focused on order lifecycle management, servicing, and fulfillment capabilities.
