Wymagania
- Minimum 6 years of documented experience in test automation, preferably in complex enterprise environments
- Knowledge of QA methodology: test planning and design, execution, defect management, regression testing, and quality improvement
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks
- Experience with Java 17+, object-oriented programming, Clean Code principles, and POJO-based patterns
- Practical experience with Java testing stack: RESTAssured, JUnit 5, Lombok
- Understanding of REST architecture (resources, HTTP methods, status codes, JSON/XML payloads) and SOAP/WSDL contracts
- Practical experience testing REST and SOAP APIs, integration flows, backend services, and data distribution processes
- Experience with test reporting tools, especially Allure, including attaching request/response evidence and error categorization
- Proficient in SQL queries and database testing, including data validation and backend process verification
- Experience testing integration solutions, including asynchronous flows, Kafka, data pipelines, and event-driven architecture
- Practical knowledge of test and defect management tools, especially qTest and Jira
- Strong skills with Git, including branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based development), pull requests, code reviews, and conflict resolution
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially Jenkins and/or Bamboo, including job configuration and maintenance for test execution and result publication
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and collaboration with Product Owners, developers, analysts, and QA specialists
- Good communication skills in English, ability to clearly explain test scope, risks, defects, automation progress, and quality recommendations
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams focusing on business value, quality, and continuous improvement
- Proactive attitude to foster "Automation First" culture
- Experience preparing and maintaining test evidence, automation reporting, and test coverage documentation
- Practical experience with UI tests using Selenium or Playwright
Obowiązki
- Design and implement automated tests for APIs, integration processes, and data flows
- Develop and maintain existing test automation frameworks
- Participate in defining and evolving automation strategies and design scalable, maintainable test frameworks
- Create regression tests and integrate them with CI/CD processes
- Support the implementation of an "Automation First" approach
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, Product Owners, and MDM ART teams
- Support automation for both new features and existing products
- Analyze test results and prepare test evidence
- Use AI and GitHub Copilot to enhance test automation efficiency
- Mentor less experienced team members in test automation
