Wymagania
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience managing a complex technological product
- Experience as a Senior Product Owner
- Experience managing a product developed by multiple teams or suppliers
- Good understanding of software development processes and working with complex integrations
- Effective management of budget, roadmap, risk, and business value of a product
- Experience building or developing product-technology teams
- Knowledge of retail specifics, POS systems, payments, or other solutions requiring high availability
- Experience managing a product with broad scope of responsibility
Obowiązki
- Creating product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Responsibility for product development, maintenance, quality, and availability of systems
- Managing budget and size of the development team
- Leading one of the product teams
- Setting goals for Product Owners
- Identifying dependencies and risks between cash register applications
- Collaborating with development, infrastructure, security, and other product teams
- Coordinating multiple suppliers, including software houses
- Participating in recruitment of key team members
