Intern Applications Consultant (with Dutch, Microsoft Business Apps)

• Currently enrolled in at least the 6th semester of a language, science, engineering, or business/economics program or non-students with relevant skills.
• Available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Fluency in Dutch and English at a minimum B2 level.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset with an understanding of user needs.
• Familiarity with any enterprise IT system is a plus.
• Job experience in customer support roles is a plus.
• Willingness to learn low-code technologies.
• Open to a Civil Contract, with possibility to transition to permanent employment later.

• Provide support and guide end users in application adoption.
• Support configuration and setup of applications.
• Help monitor and maintain data quality across systems.
• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks within the project team.
• Stay informed about new low-code platform features and standard components from a business perspective.
• Proactively develop knowledge within the area of Microsoft Business Applications.
