• Experience as an active project contributor in software engineering, focusing on software solution design and deployment.
• Understanding or exposure to software validation, testing practices, and regulatory frameworks such as GxP.
• Ability to execute an independent development plan and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Solid skills in modern backend and frontend tech stacks including Python, Java, Node.js, TypeScript, React, or Angular.
• Practical experience with RESTful APIs, relational databases (SQL), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerized environments and version control (Git).
• Solid understanding of system architecture and component interaction.
• Knowledge of automated unit testing, debugging, and code documentation.
• Empathetic team player with active communication about mistakes.
• Ability to support product decisions with technical feasibility assessments.
• Prior experience in Pharma/BioTech environment is advantageous.

• Contribute to the design, coding, testing, and deployment of web applications and microservices tailored to PTD business requirements.
• Serve as an active project team member implementing features and troubleshooting issues.
• Participate in peer code reviews.
• Communicate technical risks or blockers proactively.
• Engage with feature owners, technical leads, and end-users to understand user stories, clarify requirements, and provide updates.
• Build technical skills through trainings and participate in internal tech communities and knowledge sharing.
• Work primarily on individual features and components within well-defined software projects.
• Understand how technical components fit into larger systems and suggest improvements.
