Junior Frontend Developer (React.js)

MasterBorn works with US clients from the high-end American IT market providing diverse projects including well-established companies and startups in MVP stages, collaborating across domains such as FinTech, SportsTech, and MedTech.

• Minimum 1 year of commercial web development experience
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and knowledge of TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with the React.js ecosystem (hooks, state management)
• Experience with REST API integration and basic build tools configuration
• Uses AI coding assistants critically for learning and productivity
• Genuine interest in user needs and business value
• Proactive communication and comfortable with feedback
• Open to learning new frameworks and technologies
• Interest in backend technologies and aspiration towards fullstack development
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
• English proficiency at B2+
• Polish proficiency at C1 for team communication
• Willingness to work closely with mentors while building independence

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of modern meta-frameworks (e.g., TanStack Start, Next.js, Remix, SvelteKit)
• Understanding of cloud services such as AWS and serverless
• Basics of Docker and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library

• Develop and maintain React.js applications
• Implement responsive interfaces with attention to design details and user experience
• Write clean, maintainable code following team standards
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback
• Expand beyond frontend into backend work, growing towards fullstack development
