• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience developing applications on WEBCON BPS.
• Practical, hands-on knowledge of WEBCON Designer Studio: process modelling, form configuration, business rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Working knowledge of T-SQL (queries, views, procedures) on Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for form customisation.
• Experience integrating WEBCON with other systems using REST or SOAP.
• Ability to independently analyse a task, verify it against documentation, and deliver it end to end.
• Communicative English for documentation and working with international team members.

Nice to have:

• Experience with the WEBCON BPS SDK (C#, .NET plugins and custom actions).
• Knowledge of Camunda or another BPMN-based process engine.
• Experience with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 integrations (including Power Automate).
• Familiarity with BPMN notation and process analysis.
• Experience delivering for financial services or manufacturing clients with formal compliance requirements.

• Design and implement WEBCON BPS applications: processes, forms, business rules, task assignments, and reports in Designer Studio.
• Develop custom logic with T-SQL and JavaScript where standard configuration is not sufficient.
• Integrate WEBCON applications with client's systems (ERP, DMS, Active Directory, e-mail, external APIs) via REST and SOAP.
• Analyse change requests and incidents against project documentation and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Maintain and stabilise production applications, including troubleshooting and performance fixes.
• Prepare technical documentation and support user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with business analysts and client stakeholders to refine process requirements.
