[RPG] Junior AI-Driven Software Engineer (.Net)

• At least 1 year of commercial experience
• Practical knowledge of C# and willingness to grow within the .NET / ASP.NET Core ecosystem
• Hands-on experience demonstrated through personal projects, GitHub profile, or commercial exposure
• Basic understanding of backend development, Web API, Entity Framework, and databases
• Working knowledge of Git and ability to read and improve existing code
• Practical skills in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Gemini) for debugging, research, and automation
• Good understanding of AI limitations including hallucinations, data security, privacy, and need for verification
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Strong communication skills, independence, curiosity, and readiness to receive constructive feedback

Nice to have:

• Active GitHub profile or portfolio of post-hours applications
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database optimization
• First experience with writing unit tests
• Strong interest in work automation and productivity tools
• Mindset focused on continuous self-development and problem-solving

• Develop backend tasks in .NET, maintain APIs, and assist with system integrations
• Write clean, testable code and create unit tests with mentor support
• Utilize AI tools consciously for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and technical research
• Participate in code reviews, internal workshops, technical demos, and analyze bugs/logs
• Collaborate closely with experienced developers and verify AI-generated solutions before implementation
