Senior Product Manager

Moniepoint Inc. is Africa’s all-in-one financial platform, helping 20 million businesses and individuals access seamless payments, banking, credit, cross-border, and business management tools each month. It is Nigeria’s largest merchant acquirer, powering most of the country’s point-of-sale (POS) transactions and processing over $250 billion in digital payment transaction value annually.

• Bachelor’s degree, with strong preference for technical fields.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in technology companies.
• 5+ years owning and driving products end-to-end as a Product Manager.
• Track record of driving measurable outcomes tied to OKRs and managing product complexity.
• Deep customer empathy and ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Experience driving product velocity with execution excellence and risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical skills including metric design, funnel analysis, and prioritization.
• Hands-on experience with SQL is highly desirable.
• Technical fluency in system architecture, APIs, and data flows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in executive and cross-functional settings.
• High autonomy, sound judgment, and resilience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

• Leverage ongoing customer discovery, product analytics, and experimentation techniques to validate assumptions and refine product direction.
• Break down ambiguous, complex problems into clear proposals, actionable plans, and structured tradeoff scenarios.
• Pair business acumen with strong product, design, and technical mindset.
• Build own queries and analyses to validate hypotheses and monitor early product signals.
• Own product documentation including one-pagers, PRDs, GTM plans, release scopes, and user stories.
• Cultivate relationships with customers, teams, stakeholders, and leaders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Hold high standards for ownership, decision-making rigor, product quality, and execution excellence.
