• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• At least 5 years of IT professional experience, with minimum 2 years in a similar role
• Excellent practical hands-on experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow platform; experience with on-premises advantageous
• Excellent practical hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow platform (including ITSM)
• Practical hands-on experience designing ServiceNow platform solutions
• Excellent practical hands-on experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and project management
• Excellent practical knowledge of ServiceNow product portfolio
• Excellent practical knowledge of Service Management
• Experience in creating SOPs and other technical documentation
• Knowledge of key technologies for ServiceNow integration (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST)
• Good understanding of complex information systems and interoperability
• Knowledge of IT security standards
• Must hold ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificates
• Very good command of spoken and written English (B2)

• Implement new configurations and customizations of ServiceNow platform
• Analyze and advise on requests for new functionalities of ServiceNow
• Test and validate proposed changes
• Write and implement code on the ServiceNow platform
• Perform application and code reviews to ensure system integrity
• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow instance including binaries, configuration, key stores, tomcat, java, local backups, performance tuning, ensuring functionality and security compliance
• Maintain ServiceNow updates, upgrades, and application patches
• Manage and maintain MariaDB database files and services used by ServiceNow
• Analyze and resolve application incidents and perform bug fixes
• Provide recommendations for business requirements and contribute to technical designs
• Maintain solution documentation including technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, and knowledge base articles
