Senior Analityk Systemowy (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems for clients mainly in financial, banking, fin-tech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing contracts.

• Solid experience as a System Analyst or Technical Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience in creating technical documentation and documenting system flows using UML and MS Visio.
• Very good knowledge of databases, including architecture, operation, and integration, with ability to create SQL queries.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools.
• Practical knowledge of Apache Kafka.
• Higher technical education, preferably in computer science, mathematical-informatics or related fields.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Experience integrating systems with payment cards or card systems.

• Analyze system flows and processes, especially related to databases and ETL.
• Participate in implementation and deployment of system changes.
• Work closely with several teams to ensure integration and functionality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system flow documentation using UML and MS Visio.

Recruitment process consists of two stages: a short ~20-minute phone call with HR and an online technical talk (~1 hour) with the client covering experience and technical knowledge. The cooperation model is outsourcing with contract from Neontri. Work mode is hybrid with 1 day per week in office in Warsaw center.
