IT Support Analyst

Air Space Intelligence is a growing company with an office in Gdańsk, focused on building tools that improve the safety of airspace. The role supports a mixed macOS and Windows endpoint fleet and physical network infrastructure in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Hands-on IT support experience resolving issues end-to-end.
• Advanced macOS troubleshooting and strong Windows troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with MDM (e.g., Intune, Jamf, or Kandji).
• Working knowledge of identity and access management including SSO, group-based entitlements, and provisioning across business applications.
• Experience administering business SaaS applications.
• Comfortable automating tasks using scripting (bash, PowerShell, Python) or low-code platforms.
• Basic networking knowledge including patch panels, access points, and multi-AP wireless.
• Startup experience preferred with a bias for action in fast-scaling environments.
• Strong communication and service-oriented mindset bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm) is preferred.
• Ability to take ownership and find solutions independently.

• Be the front door for IT and Security requests in the Gdańsk office via walk-ups, ticket queue, and triaging support channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android using MDM.
• Own employee onboarding and offboarding including device provisioning, account setup, asset recovery, and inventory.
• Administer access across business applications, managing group membership and entitlements.
• Automate repetitive IT and security operations such as provisioning, access changes, and reporting.
• Maintain compliance and currency of the device fleet including disk encryption, EDR, and patching.
• Manage the recurring security operations calendar including access reviews, audit evidence, certificate renewals, and license reviews.
• Maintain physical office infrastructure including conference-room equipment and network hardware in partnership with a networking vendor.
• Act as the technical contact for engineering, security, and business teams in the office.
• Document procedures and create self-service resources.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
