Business Architect - SAP S/4HANA

emagine is looking for a Business Architect for a client in the automotive industry focused on ERP transformation programs involving SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role supports the Industrial ERP Backbone (IEB) program and the Commercial Backbone Program, specifically within the Order-to-Cash process for sales of Trucks, Buses, and Power Solutions.

• 8+ years of documented experience in business architecture and SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash.
• Experience within the Order-to-Delivery domain in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of sales, delivery (including export), and invoicing processes.
• Experience working as a Business Architect in complex, global environments.
• Experience with process documentation and BPMN tools, specifically ARIS.
• Preferably located in the Stockholm area with ability to work hybrid (3 days on-site in Södertälje).
• University degree, preferably in Computer Science.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Experience with multiple ERP implementation projects.

• Represent and safeguard the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process within the Industrial ERP Backbone program, ensuring alignment with Finance, Procurement, and Plan & Fulfill processes.
• Collaborate with cross-program process streams and the Service Integrator to secure seamless process integration.
• Align the O2C process with inter- and intracompany needs, supporting Business Process Owners with documentation, governance, and global templates.
• Ensure adherence to commercial business objectives and target architecture, steering designs toward scalability and best practices.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate business impacts when aligning current processes with industry-standard processes.

The assignment requires presence 3 days per week on-site in Södertälje. The role is open to candidates able to work hybrid with the start asap or in October until 2027-09-30.
