Senior Project Manager - SAP Carve-Out (M&A) (h/f)

emagine Polska is offering a role to lead a major SAP carve-out programme with a global team, involving a high-visibility separation project in the ERP domain.

• 10+ years project management experience in SAP environments, including integration and/or separation (carve-in/carve-out) projects
• Functional expertise in one or more SAP modules
• Proven leadership of cross-functional, matrix-based delivery in an international context
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken
• Strong leadership, autonomy and rigor with a proactive and decisive mindset
• Lean mindset and focus on continuous improvement
• Comfortable working across functional, technical and business stakeholders in a high-pressure, fixed-deadline environment

• Define project scope, objectives and delivery methodology using market best practices
• Identify stakeholders, define roles and responsibilities, establish effective governance
• Build and maintain a detailed, executable project plan covering impact assessment, design, build, testing, deployment, training and hypercare
• Track and mitigate risks, escalate proactively to keep milestones on track
• Coordinate service providers and third-party vendors
• Collaborate with distributed teams across time zones
