IT Support Consultant

• Proficient in English.
• 2 to 4 years of IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with hardware setup and configuration.
• Ability to manage local IT asset tracking.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in server room management.
• Background in IT-related change communication.

• Perform hardware tasks such as cabling, device delivery, setup, imaging, and resets.
• Manage local stock and coordinate storage activities, ensuring accurate asset tracking and availability.
• Act as onsite "eyes and hands" to support the technical room, providing basic server and networking support under guidance of remote teams.
• Coordinate with global tech teams to ensure seamless integration and escalation of issues.
• Support ad hoc IT needs, including troubleshooting and resolving first-level hardware or connectivity issues.

This position is based in Bucharest and may require travel to a secondary site for server room management.
