Wymagania
- Deep Consumer & Retail expertise with measurable business impact
- Consulting experience including structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and executive communication
- Data and AI literacy to define data requirements, hold technical conversations, and translate between business and technical teams
- End-to-end agile delivery experience from problem framing to adoption
- Fluent in CPG data landscape covering transaction, product, customer data, syndicated and panel data, POS and distributor feeds
- Comfortable with ambiguity and driving outcomes independently
- Fluent in German is a strong plus but not mandatory
Obowiązki
- Shape pursuits and proposals: contribute to presales by defining problems, scoping approaches, and building EPAM's value narrative
- Lead client discovery workshops to frame real problems and define successful outcomes
- Build business cases: prioritize and size data and AI use cases into business cases with KPIs and delivery roadmaps
- Own workstreams end-to-end including requirements, backlog, data readiness, governance, and value tracking
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects to design scalable solutions
- Produce executive-level materials and present recommendations to leadership
- Apply analytics to pricing & promotions, merchandising & category, customer & growth, demand & supply chain, and GenAI-enabled use cases
