Data & AI Consulting Manager / Senior Manager in Consumer & Retail - German Market

• Deep Consumer & Retail expertise with measurable business impact examples
• Consulting experience including structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and executive communication
• Data and AI literacy for defining data requirements, KPIs, and translating between business and technical audiences
• End-to-end agile delivery experience from problem framing to adoption
• Fluent in Consumer Packaged Goods data landscape including transaction, product, customer, syndicated, POS, and distributor data
• Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership of driving outcomes
• Proficient in German language or ability to engage with clients in German is a strong plus

• Shape pursuits and proposals including presales, problem definition, and value narrative development
• Lead client discovery workshops with commercial, category, and supply chain leadership
• Build business cases with KPIs, investment rationale, and delivery roadmaps
• Own workstream end-to-end including requirements, backlog, data readiness, governance, and value tracking
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects to design scalable solutions
• Produce executive-level materials and present recommendations to leadership
• Handle domain-specific analytics including elasticity modeling, promotional effectiveness, assortment optimization, customer segmentation, demand forecasting, and GenAI-enabled use cases
