Wymagania
- 10+ years of ERP project implementation experience.
- SAP Certification in at least one relevant functional area with hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS.
- Deep expertise in data migration execution.
- Knowledge of GxP and CSV.
- Functional expertise and strong leadership skills in matrix and international environments.
- Proven experience with globally distributed teams across multiple countries and systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic and hands-on working style, including running meetings and tracking progress.
- Fluent English at B2+ level.
Obowiązki
- Support large ERP programs and act as deployment wave focal point for data objects.
- Collaborate with Business Data Owners, Functional Experts, ETL teams, and legacy teams.
- Drive migration activities and verify data transformation tools and outputs.
- Prepare DMW load files and perform initial verification.
- Execute DVT scripts.
- Coordinate defect and Hypercare incident resolution.
- Resolve design defects or escalate to Global Data Migration Experts.
