IT Project Manager

Dev4You is a specialized software house from Poznań that builds business systems for medium and large manufacturing companies. They work with ERP, MES, APS, WMS, traceability, production planning, and integrations with ERP, machines, and devices. Dev4You is an official partner and contributor of Open Mercato. They operate in compact project teams without unnecessary management layers, giving each person significant responsibility and real influence on the project.

• Experience in project management, business analysis, and risk management.
• Ability to conduct client discovery and workshops.
• Skilled in organizing project teams and coordinating developer and QA work.
• Understanding of project scope, budgets, risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
• Business-minded with responsibility for project outcomes.
• Proficiency in Polish at C1 level and English at B2 level.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn ERP, production, logistics, MES, APS, WMS, and system integrations.
• Experience or comfort with AI tools beyond basic chatbot usage, including building workflows and automation.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP, production, logistics, MES, APS, WMS, business analysis, discovery, system integrations, or open source.

• Lead projects from start to finish, including client discovery, workshops, and understanding client processes.
• Organize and translate requirements into specific scope and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and coordinate work of developers and QA, set priorities, and resolve blockers.
• Monitor project scope, budget, deadlines, and risks.
• Manage client communication, including discussions about scope changes and additional work.
• Ensure documentation, formalities, testing, and acceptance for project deployment and formal closure.
• Identify new client needs and propose further cooperation stages.
• Use AI tools for analyzing documentation, processes, and automating work workflows.
