• Understanding of Technology Platforms - Internal Developer Platforms and Hosting Platforms, Internal and Cloud. • Engineering skills in several languages (Polyglot), database and schema design, API development, basic knowledge of Linux and web technologies. • Experience in deployment is helpful but not essential. • Experience delivering iterative technology in small increments to deliver value faster. • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proven fast learner. • Demonstrated technical leadership across global teams in diverse locations and time zones. • Extensive leadership and senior stakeholder management experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate at a business level. • Reporting and presenting skills to analyse and present recruitment data clearly. • Innovative thinking, challenging conventional approaches and creating new ways of working in a dynamic environment.

• Be involved in analytical activities to understand the scope of a control and how Platform services could fulfil it for tenants. • Participate in building automation services, workflows, and integrations to automate controls at scale. • Develop APIs, data schemas, and process flows with strong software engineering skills. • Conceptualise, design, and develop solutions to automate controls. • Demonstrate operational, delivery, and engineering excellence when developing the Platform Control Plane. • Actively drive continuous improvement, mature the organisation, and improve productivity. • Focus on automation, process improvement, and reuse. • Collaborate across functional areas to define, prioritize, and implement innovations to improve controls for tenants of engineering platforms.
