Senior Quality Engineer

• 5+ years of experience in testing with strong understanding of testing concepts
• Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript automation
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and integrations
• Experience with API testing (Rest API)
• Experience with Playwright (Test Runner, API testing, Request Interception, PageObject pattern)
• Practical experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Proficiency in end-to-end application testing
• Familiarity with GitLab CI and related automation tools
• Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English

• Design, execute, and optimize automated tests across the testing pyramid (functional, integration, contract, performance, load testing)
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD processes
• Advocate for high-quality feature specifications with Product Owners
• Act as the sole QA Engineer: design test cases and implement automation for various testing types
• Maintain a quality-first mindset ensuring reliable and reusable tests
• Assist in developing test strategies, test harnesses, and ongoing metrics
