• Bardzo dobra znajomość Python oraz frameworka Odoo Enterprise z doświadczeniem produkcyjnym
• Znajomość PostgreSQL, w tym zabezpieczania danych poprzez szyfrowanie transmisji, danych przechowywanych, wybranych pól (FLE) oraz zarządzania kopiami zapasowymi
• Doświadczenie w integracji Odoo z systemami zewnętrznymi (Keycloak, External KMS, Fireblocks)
• Umiejętność projektowania modularnej architektury i logiki biznesowej zgodnie z zasadami SOLID oraz dobrymi praktykami Odoo
• Znajomość warstwy frontendowej Odoo i mechanizmów raportowania
• Umiejętność technicznego prowadzenia projektu, podejmowania decyzji architektonicznych, planowania, code review i mentoringu
• Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2

• Rozwój i utrzymanie rozwiązania opartego na Odoo Enterprise
• Techniczne prowadzenie projektu: podejmowanie decyzji architektonicznych, planowanie prac, code review
• Definiowanie standardów developmentu i mentoring zespołu developerskiego
• Realizacja integracji Odoo z zewnętrznymi systemami (m.in. Keycloak, External KMS, Fireblocks)
• Projektowanie modularnej architektury, modelu danych i logiki biznesowej zgodnie z zasadami SOLID i dobrymi praktykami Odoo
• Praca z warstwą frontendową Odoo oraz mechanizmami raportowania
