Junior/ Mid Translation & Localization Specialist (f/m/d)

• Excellent English language skills (C1/C2)
• Excellent or native Polish language skills
• Strong writing and editing skills in both English and Polish demonstrated by professional work, studies, or personal projects
• Good organizational skills and prioritization ability
• Quick learning aptitude, team player with good communication skills
• Genuine interest in games and game development

Nice to have:

• Experience in game localization, UX writing, or translation projects
• Experience in UX or player research
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages
• Experience in testing or quality assurance
• Degree in linguistics or related field
• Interest in history (especially military), fishing, or hunting themes
• Working knowledge of CAT tools (e.g., Phrase), Google Workspace, and Jira/Confluence
• Being a gamer
• Basic programming or localization engineering skills

• Create, translate, and edit game content between English and Polish
• Review and improve AI-assisted translations as part of the localization workflow
• Plan and coordinate localization tasks and projects
• Collaborate with localization team, product teams, and external vendors
• Support linguistic testing and quality evaluation (LQA)
• Assist teams in internationalization, localization, and translation-related topics
• Occasionally support player research activities such as surveys and playtests
• Identify and resolve localization-related issues in games
