Lead Go Developer

• 7+ years of overall software development experience, including 5+ years with Go.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Higher education in Computer Science or related software development field.
• Extensive experience working with AI and implementing/configuring it within a team.
• Experience working in fintech and banking domains with complex integrations.
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Go (goroutines, channels, sync primitives).
• System design skills for high performance and maintainability.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Advanced English language proficiency.

• Design and evolve scalable distributed systems in Go, choosing appropriate concurrency models balancing performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to turn business goals into technical plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Identify edge cases, risks, and technical constraints early to prevent implementation issues.
• Represent engineering in external stakeholder meetings, explain technical topics in business terms, and challenge unrealistic requirements.
• Lead code reviews for senior engineers to ensure high standards of code quality, resilience, and reliability.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes to enable faster and safer delivery of high-quality code.
