Project Lead

Itelence is a fast-growing IT outsourcing and BPO company providing nearshoring and offshoring solutions with top tech talent from Poland and Eastern Europe. Core services include IT staff augmentation, data engineering & BI with tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy, cloud support for hybrid infrastructures, multilingual help desk, BPO services, and nearshoring/offshoring dedicated teams. Flexible delivery models include dedicated teams, team augmentation, and project-based delivery.

• Several years of experience managing projects or programs in financial environments, Shared Services, GBS, or similar
• Very good practical knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes (key requirement)
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and operational excellence
• Experience in process standardization, harmonization, and building process governance
• Practical knowledge of SAP
• Ability to work with data and use it for decision making
• Very good knowledge of English

• Lead projects and initiatives in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) area with focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
• Identify areas requiring improvements based on expert knowledge of O2C processes
• Standardize processes, improve operational efficiency, and harmonize organizational processes
• Analyze existing processes to find inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
• Coordinate implementation of process improvements and monitor their outcomes
• Collaborate with Finance, Shared Services / GBS, IT, and business teams
• Support building and maintaining process governance
• Analyze process and operational data to support decision making
• Manage stakeholders, communicate status, risks, and initiative results
• Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement

The position requires a B2B or mandate contract (UZ), project duration of 6 months, with remote work and occasional office visits in Łódź.
