ORLEN S.A., located in Płock, is a large international corporation offering modern tools and participation in major innovative projects, particularly in IT/OT cyber security within the ORLEN Group.

• Higher education, preferably in IT or OT
• Several years of professional experience in a similar IT/OT cyber security role
• Practical knowledge of cyber security technologies
• Experience in maintaining and effectively using results from cyber security systems
• Experience and skills in managing IT/OT projects
• Practical knowledge of cyber security reviews, risk analysis, and security mechanisms for operating systems and teleinformation networks
• Communicative English language skills
• Driving license category B
• Effectiveness in action and business responsibility
• Orientation towards continuous development and learning from diverse perspectives

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of NIST 800-82, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 standards
• Knowledge of IT/OT environment architecture

• Coordinate and supervise external companies collaborating with ORLEN and subsidiaries to ensure full execution of cyber security tasks
• Oversee maintenance and development of cyber security infrastructure and systems in the ORLEN Group
• Participate in IT/OT projects verifying compliance with cyber security requirements
• Develop and implement standards, instructions, and policies related to teleinformation security
• Manage security reviews of existing and newly deployed systems and networks within the ORLEN Group
• Monitor threats and define, deploy, and evolve mechanisms for their identification, prevention, and mitigation
• Respond to teleinformation security incidents
• Educate users about cyber threats and causes of incidents
• Identify and implement new specialized cyber security measures
• Monitor internet sources for potential threats
