Senior Full Stack Engineer (Frontend focus)

As a Full-stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain information systems in the agricultural sector for our Client, a European public sector organisation.

• A university degree at master's level (or 5 years of higher education) with a minimum of 15 years of IT professional experience; or a degree at bachelor's level (or 3 years of higher education) with a minimum of 17 years; or a secondary degree giving access to higher education with a minimum of 22 years
• At least 9 years of experience with JSON
• At least 7 years of experience with JavaScript and at least 7 years with TypeScript
• At least 6 years of experience with Git
• At least 5 years of experience with Angular
• At least 5 years of experience with SQL
• At least 4 years of experience with REST and at least 4 years with Kubernetes
• At least 6 months of experience in the analysis, development, and maintenance of information systems in the agricultural sector
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, corresponding to Level B2 or higher (CEFR)

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features, covering Angular and TypeScript front ends and the services and data structures behind them
• Take technical ownership of the solutions you deliver, including their performance, security, and maintainability
• Work with business analysts, fellow engineers, and stakeholders in the agricultural domain to turn requirements into working software, and support colleagues through code review and knowledge sharing
• Design, build, and consume REST APIs and JSON-based data exchanges between front-end applications and back-end services
• Design and optimise SQL queries and data structures supporting the applications
• Analyse, maintain, and evolve existing information systems, understanding current behaviour before changing it and preserving compatibility where required
• Deploy and operate applications on Kubernetes, working within the established Git workflow and build pipelines
• Ensure code quality through testing and code review, and produce and maintain technical documentation for the components you deliver
