• Minimum 4 years of business and system analysis experience in the insurance or financial industry
• Good understanding of business processes such as policy sales, customer service, claims handling, renewals, and insurance product management
• Knowledge of regulations and requirements affecting insurance business processes
• Fluent English communication skills (minimum level C1)
• Practical use of UML and BPMN for process modeling and solution design
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and proactive problem-solving approach

• Support the development of modern sales processes in online and direct channels for the insurance industry
• Analyze business and system requirements
• Model processes and design solutions using UML and BPMN
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support pre-sales processes including requirements gathering, estimation, and preparing offers
