Senior AWS Backend Developer

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the IT industry
• At least 5 years of practical experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, ECS/EKS)
• Proficiency in programming with Node.js or Python for backend development
• Solid experience with Terraform and principles of Infrastructure as Code
• Deep understanding of REST API architecture, microservices, and distributed systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focusing on system reliability and scalability
• Experience working in agile environments (Agile)
• Knowledge of English at minimum B2 level

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend cloud applications on the AWS platform
• Creating and expanding backend services and API interfaces using Node.js or Python
• Managing infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform
• Ensuring reliability, performance, and optimization of backend components and cloud infrastructure
• Diagnosing and solving technical issues across the backend stack
• Developing capabilities of an IoT platform supporting connected consumer devices
• Collaborating with architects, product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Maintaining software quality through code reviews, automated tests, monitoring, and best engineering practices
• Co-creating and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
