Junior Frontend Developer

We are looking for skillful Web Frontend Developers to join teams working with US clients in the American IT market. The tech stack is built around React, Node.js, and TypeScript. The projects involve working with well-established companies and startups (MVPs) in diverse industries such as FinTech, SportsTech, and MedTech. The role offers flexibility to work within the Polish time zone and collaborate remotely.

• 1 year of commercial experience in web development
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals and TypeScript knowledge
• Hands-on experience with the React.js ecosystem including hooks and state management
• Experience with REST API integration and basic build tools configuration
• Ability to use AI coding assistants critically
• Genuine interest in user needs and business value
• Proactive communication and openness to feedback
• Interest in backend technologies and aspiration towards full-stack development
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
• English proficiency at B2+ level
• Polish proficiency at C1 level
• Readiness to work closely with mentors

Nice to have:

• Experience with modern meta-frameworks such as Next.js, Remix, SvelteKit, TanStack Start
• Understanding of cloud services like AWS and serverless
• Basics of Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library

• Develop and maintain React.js applications
• Implement responsive interfaces with attention to design details and user experience
• Write clean, maintainable code following team standards
• Participate in code reviews, giving and receiving feedback constructively
• Expand beyond frontend into backend work towards full-stack development
• Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and product owners to deliver features
• Document work and contribute to the team knowledge base
• Continuously expand technical skills with mentor support
