QA Engineer

• Proven experience in manual and end-to-end testing, QA strategy, and test planning in SaaS or BaaS environments.
• Solid understanding of test design, case creation, script development, and data management practices.
• Expertise in identifying defects, resolving complex issues, and analysing system behaviour across microservices and front-end architectures.
• Comfort with analysing logs, using debugging tools, and working within diverse technology stacks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination and UAT support.
• Ability to manage priorities effectively, balancing depth of testing with business timelines.

Nice to have:

• Experience with BrowserStack or similar test platforms and mobile simulators.
• Understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and integration testing best practices.
• Familiarity with the Test Pyramid, automated testing concepts, and CI/CD environments.

• Plan, design, and execute comprehensive end-to-end test strategies for new features and existing functionalities.
• Create and maintain reusable test scripts and manage effective test data coverage.
• Prepare and manage detailed defect reports, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues by analysing logs and using debugging tools.
• Balance testing coverage with fast-paced release cycles without compromising quality.
• Engage in UAT processes with clients, ensuring smooth communication and detailed feedback reporting.
• Uphold engineering quality standards and share findings and best practices with development teams.
