• Strong commercial experience with Python backend development.
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services.
• Good understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and RBAC concepts.
• Practical knowledge of Git, code review, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Ability to work with existing codebases and improve them incrementally.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with technical stakeholders.
• Senior mindset, ownership, and ability to understand technical and business context.

Nice to have:

• Experience with infrastructure, cloud, hosting, data center, or platform engineering projects.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized services.
• Familiarity with source-of-truth tools such as Nautobot, NetBox, or similar.
• Experience with multi-tenant platforms or self-service portals.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation, server provisioning, or lifecycle management.
• Basic frontend awareness, especially React.

• Work on backend services and APIs connecting the user-facing platform with lower-level infrastructure services and automation components.
• Extend existing Python APIs and implement new platform features.
• Improve role-based access control (RBAC) and multi-tenancy capabilities.
• Support integrations with infrastructure-oriented services responsible for provisioning and lifecycle operations.
• Contribute to improving code quality, maintainability, documentation, and delivery standards.
