IT Systems Engineer

• At least 3 years of experience in IT process automation, programming, or advanced systems administration.
• Advanced knowledge of at least one scripting language such as Python or PowerShell.
• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying automation tools in production.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles, version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce), and CI/CD tools and concepts.
• Experience administering operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Experience with Terraform or similar tools.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, and visualization platforms like Grafana.
• Highly developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Initiative, proactivity, results orientation, and high work quality standards.
• Working proficiency in both Polish and English.

• Design, test, implement, and maintain advanced scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) and applications that automate administrative and operational tasks.
• Analyze automation opportunities and lead projects to improve team velocity, including optimizing existing tools.
• Develop, integrate, and manage tools for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), proactive monitoring, and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with the Systems Engineering team and share knowledge on automation strategies and tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for automation tools and processes.
• Work closely with ITSECOPS and other teams to gather requirements and implement automation solutions.
• Continuously improve processes and tools by exploring new technologies and implementing best practices in IT automation.

Relocation to Poland is required for candidates residing abroad.
