Go On Board is a dynamic studio creating board games, known for international bestsellers like Wiedźmin: Stary Świat, Wiedźmin: Ścieżka Przeznaczenia, and Cyberpunk 2077: The Board Game. The company collaborates with major pop culture brands to produce high-quality games with unique illustrations that combine emotion, story, and strategic depth.

• At least 3 years of video production experience with a required showreel/portfolio
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and basic knowledge of After Effects
• Experience behind the camera with skills in framing, lighting, and sound
• Understanding of social video formats and viewer retention techniques
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously on campaign schedules
• Residency in or near Poznań

Nice to have:

• Skills in color grading, motion design
• Experience in gaming or pop culture
• Product photography experience

• Film product materials, interviews, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes content
• Edit both long-form (YouTube) and short-form (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) videos and campaign trailers
• Produce video variants for performance testing including hooks, formats, and lengths
• Collaborate with program hosts, copywriters for scripts, and graphic designers for visual styling
• Develop the recording studio and video production standards within the company
• Use data-driven insights to ensure retention and quality of hooks

Candidates must be located in Poznań or nearby areas.
