Process Lead (Knowledge Management)

• 6+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Governance, HR Services, or related field with global content management.
• Hands-on experience with knowledge management and HR platforms such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Workday.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams globally.
• Experience supporting or leading HR change governance processes.
• Familiarity with multilingual content management and translation processes, including machine translation tools.
• Analytical mindset with ability to define KPIs, monitor performance, and report transparently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Collaborative and consultative approach to align diverse stakeholder inputs.

• Develop and maintain global content standards for HR knowledge, defining roles, responsibilities, and sign-off processes.
• Oversee end-to-end translation and localisation of global HR content, coordinating with country language leads and optimizing translation tools.
• Lead periodic content governance cycles to ensure accuracy and consistency of HR content.
• Manage content and structural changes across platforms such as SharePoint and ServiceNow, partnering with technology teams.
• Build and maintain a global network of Local Admins, Content, and Language Leads, providing training and consultancy.
• Support HR change governance as the global Knowledge and Content SME, tracking changes through to delivery.
• Contribute strategic input to HR transformation projects including portal enhancements and automation.
• Define and own global Knowledge Management KPIs, using data for reporting and risk identification.
